Creating a quality short film has always been something I wanted to try, so when I heard through the grapevine that a short film competition was nearby, I had to go and check it out. Thanks to the AT&T Create-a-thon, a 36-hour film competition, my buddies, Justin Ruiz and Levi Adissi, and I were able to try our hands at film-making and learn a lot about the film industry, something I was absolutely foreign to.

The inspiration for this film came when I had a particularly tough time waking up the Thursday before the event. We wanted to capture this daily hardship in a comedic, relatable, and memorable way, and share that story with everyone.
